Payment and delivery information
The buyer undertakes to pay for the ordered products by choosing one of the following payment methods:
- Cash on delivery – allows the customer to pay for the order to the delivery person upon delivery to the address. Payment is made exclusively in cash, and card payment is not possible.
- By bank transfer – after the customer orders the product, payment instructions, including the account number, will be sent to their email. The customer can make the payment via internet banking, at a bank branch, post office or at Fina. The product will be shipped after receipt of payment.
The purchase contract is considered concluded when the buyer accepts the offer, and the product will be shipped within 2 business days after receipt of payment (Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not included). If payment is made by cash on delivery, the product will be shipped after the contract is concluded.
The product will be delivered to the customer within 5 working days from the time of shipment (Saturdays, Sundays and non-working days are not included). For products that are not in stock, the delivery time can be up to 14 days.
The buyer must request an R1 account when ordering. If payment is made by bank transfer, the buyer must use the payment details received by email from the seller.
The price includes all taxes and fees and is expressed in euros.
Delivery costs: Product delivery in Croatia is carried out by GLS. Delivery is available throughout the territory of the Republic of Croatia, and the delivery price is calculated as a flat rate:
- €5 for orders up to €130.
- Free shipping for orders over €130.
Delay and non-acceptance of the product: If Horvat Safety doo is unable to deliver the product, it informs the customer, who can cancel the order or wait for the product to become available again. If the customer refuses to accept the product without a valid reason, Horvat Safety doo reserves the right to demand reimbursement of handling, transport and other related costs.
